My experience has been great on your part .... I had/have few issues because my bank seen new payment that was out of state and listed it as fraud and payment missed and blah blah but my only issue with which I'm sure u can fix is when I log into my account it gives me option to pay my payment or. Next payment but it doesn't give option to pay different amount and that causes issues if you try to pay late payments or other fees you have to do things like pay which flagged again as duplicate causing more fees if I may make a suggestion to add an pay other amount slot so u can plugg in your own payment amount with your own explanation so you can catch up. So thank you for your service“

I've had my stuff at this facility since 2021. In that short time, the price has almost doubled -- which is quite a bit more than the inflationary rate. This is mainly because the place place changed owners twice in that time. This particular company raised the rate quite a bit when they bought it, but the raises since then have been small. They made some changes but I really don't think that they were necessary. Other than that, I'm satisfied with it. Nothing extraordinary, but nothing wrong other than the price changes. I don't know how these prices compare with other places in Sweetwater. If it's comparable, then I would definitely recommend this facility. PS- I should mention, that when you call the office and talk to Melissa, she is very, very helpful and really sweet.“

We’re a short drive from The Lost Sea Adventure and Sweetwater Flea Market. Find us just off Interstate 75.

- Head southwest on N Main St toward E N St/Sweetwater Vonore Rd
- Turn right onto TN-68 N/New Hwy 68

From Wood, TN:
- Head southwest on Bernard Rd toward Head of Creek Rd
- Turn right onto Head of Creek Rd
- Continue onto Old Athens Pike
- Turn left onto TN-68 N/New Hwy 68

- Get on I-75 S from TN-323 W
