No vermin or pests to worry about and a 24/7 access available tune that's played. Which of course there's also a bathroom at the entrance which is climate controlled and always stocked with the right stuff. ..things that make a world of difference if missing like toilet tissue. The maintenance around these storage buildings in ALL the locations that I've seen is top knotch like keeping the place swept of tire risks dropped by others, grasses always manicured and buildings, gutters and doors have no rusts that look like secondary entrance ways and it looks well kept up and maintained through and through. Communication between staff and tenant , with me was on the ball, right on time and punctuality without stress of push or pull in all directions to get things answered or done. Storagewise is a perfect name for it because from lease contract to email or text sent to you it's evident these folks are wise organizers when it comes to storage of people's real and personal property. That also ensures on my part that I made a wise decision to do business with professionals of excellence and that's a place where i value peace of mind and contentment .
